The calculation is an illustrative estimate based on your sliders, not a guaranteed saving. Coefficients (40–70%) reflect typical acceleration of routine PM tasks when AI is used well: notes and reports (OpenAI 2025, Anthropic 2025), planning and WBS (Easy Project 2025, Wrike 2026).

The average PM in research saves roughly 7–9 hours a week; at typical inputs our calculator shows a more conservative number. The real result depends on project type, prompt quality and how well the tools are adopted.

The denominator is the academy price of 19,780 CZK excl. VAT (ShineStarlight for 3 months is included). Payback refers only to the AI component. Training, methodology and the certificate are not included. We do not promise that the academy pays for itself from time saved.
